The event will begin with a practitioner talk, given by Alex Fischer, CS, and then lead into a variety of activities that Nik and Tim have planned. The hope for this event is to build a community of men that can support one another. The support could be metaphysically, professionally, and/or friendship based. Come join DiscoveryBound Outreach for a cozy weekend at the A/U Ranches! This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and have fun while enjoying the company of other Christian Scientists and friends of all ages. Take part in sledding, snowshoeing, games, cards, crafts in the lodge, and much more. Or just bring a good book, sit by the fire, and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate. Feel free to do as few or as many activities as you want…but come be a part of the fun!
WHEN: Friday, March 5 – Sunday, March 7, 2021
WHERE: A/U Ranches, Buena Vista, CO
WHO: All-Ages: This exciting weekend is for all ages. All youth must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, since child care is not provided. Families will be housed and eat together conforming to current protocols for groups coming together in Colorado.
WHAT: Great weekend in the Colorado Mountains with beautiful scenery, amazing food and great fellowship with others participants.
COST: $99 per person (included in the cost are all meals beginning with Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, lodging, and most activities.)
FINANCIAL AID: If needed, up to $49 in financial aid is available for everyone. To apply for financial aid click on the link above.
TRAVEL: Please plan to arrive at the A/U Ranches between 5-7pm on Friday, March 5. The departure time will be on Sunday, March 7 at 1pm. DiscoveryBound will not be providing transportation to or from the Ranches.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If for some reason you need to cancel, you may do so up until Friday, February 12, 2021 with a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after February 12.
Special note: If DiscoveryBound cancels a program/event, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. (If a participant decides to cancel a registration then the cancellation policy for that specific DiscoveryBound event / program applies.)

We will begin the event with a welcome/introductions and then Sierra Sprague, Society Fit’s Media Manager, will bring a quick inspirational thought to share with everyone before jumping into the workout. From there we will pass it over to Society Fit’s instructors Savanna Sprague and Devon Baggs. Savanna will lead us in a workout and Devon will end the class with some yoga. Come join Florida DB groups for a day of fun, sun, and inspiration! This year it will be a one-day event where you can enjoy a morning of kayaking with the manatees and dolphins with A Day Away Kayak Tours in Titusville followed by hanging out at Jetty Park Beach, lunch, games and an inspirational speaker.

Finish your Compass year strong by visiting the A/U Ranches with your friends. This is the third and final retreat for the 2020-2021 Compass group, and it will be filled with team building activities, outdoor adventures, and meaningful discussions.
db 20s/30s spring retreat at crystal lake camps
Join us at Crystal Lake Camps, the Christian Science camp located in Hughesville, Pennsylvania, for a weekend of fun camp activities!
We’ll enjoy waterfront activities such as canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and maybe even swimming for those brave enough to dive in; we will venture up the High Ropes Course and Climbing Wall; play a round or two of 8 Sticks (a CLC classic, kind of like capture the flag); and explore some of the 25 miles of trails.
During this weekend, we’ll have time to relax, get to know one-another, enjoy the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of Crystal Lake, and engage in metaphysical discussion.
Come join us outdoors for a day at the U.S. National Whitewater Center located in Charlotte, NC. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore a wide variety of friendly outdoor activities with 1,300 acres of protected land offering 50 miles of trail and access to the Catawba River and Long Creek. The day will include an activity pass for whitewater rafting, zip lining, ropes course, hiking, kayaking, SUP, and rock climbing. Enjoy a catered BBQ dinner at a local (nearby) pavilion and an inspirational speaker. Join us for any part of the day. Meet new friends!
