DB South Central TX: Boating, Hiking, Games, Camping
When: May 17-18
Where: Inks Lake State Park, Burnet, TX
What: Join us for your choice of activities on Saturday, or stay and camp with us until Sunday!
Who: Open to all ages (children under 18 must be with an adult)
Activities (Your choice):
- Swimming, boating, fishing
- Field Games
- Volleyball
- Hiking & exploring
- Campfire, cookout, singing
- Camping
Costs:
- DB Fee: $3 / person or $10 / family.
- Park entry Fee: $7/day for 13+, free for 12 & under and Texas State Park pass holders
- Boat rental (optional): $20 / 1st hour, $10 / each additional hour (canoes, single/double kayaks, paddle boats, standup paddleboards, life jackets included)
- Camping (optional): $23 / site up to 8 people. Discounts for those sharing a site.
More Info:
- Bring your own: food, water, boats, camping gear
- Snacks: s’mores & homemade brownies will be provided
- Fishing gear may be borrowed from the camp store. No fishing license required when fishing from State Park pier or shoreline.
- Camping: We have reserved 5 sites for RVs & tents. Flush toilets & showers available.
